On 31 January 2024, the Company's Executive Directors exercised and sold awards granted under the Paragon Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2013 ("PDSBP"). The awards exercised were granted as nil-cost options over Ordinary Shares of £1.00 each in the Company ("Shares") and were sold, via the London Stock Exchange, at a price of £7.056294 per share.
