Following his resignation, Mr. Still will no longer be a member ofany board committees of Pan African. Shareholders are also advised that Rowan Smith has accepted the appointment asa non-executive director on Pan African's board of directors. Rowan will beformally appointed to the board and the effective date of his appointment willbe announced once the AIM processes pertaining to his appointment have beencompleted. Rowan was previously the Managing Director of Shanduka Resources. He is aqualified geologist and has in excess of 20 years of experience in the mineralsand investment banking industries. His experience also includes geologicalvaluation work for Rand Mines, seven years with Societe Generale deSurveillance and four years as a Director of Investec Bank's Resource FinanceDivision.
