Issue of Equity
Oxus Gold plc ("Oxus" or the "Company"), announces that today, 72,464 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company were issued and allotted to SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP ("SP Angel"), the Company's Nomad and Broker, in lieu of certain fees due to them for the period from 1 October 2015 to 31 December 2015. The new ordinary shares were issued to SP Angel at the mid-market closing price on 30 September 2015, being 3.45p.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of 1p each in Oxus.
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for a total of 72,464 shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that trading in the new ordinary shares will commence on or around 23 October 2015.
Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 703,861,689 ordinary shares with voting rights.
