Oxus Gold announces that it was notified today that the shareholding in the Company of Mr A F Gibbons represents in excess of 8% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following acquisitions of ordinary shares in the Company on 6 and 7 November 2013, Mr Gibbons now holds 38,341,095 ordinary shares in Oxus Gold, which represents 8.15% of the issued share capital of the Company.
