This announcement is made further to the announcement made by Oxus Gold plc ("Oxus Gold" or the "Company") on 28 January 2016 regarding the appointment of Malcolm Cohen and Shane Crooks of BDO LLP as Joint Administrators to the Company on 27 January 2016.
