Oxus Gold announces that it was notified on 5 March 2013 that the shareholding in the Company of Mr A F. Gibbons represented in excess of 5% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Mr Gibbons now holds 22,206,365 ordinary shares in Oxus Gold, which represents 5.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
