PDMR Dealing
Oxford, UK - 13 May 2026: OXB (LSE: OXB) (the "Company"), a global quality and innovation-led cell and gene therapy CDMO, today announces that Natalie Walter, Chief Legal Officer and Group Company Secretary has exercised 3,057 Save As You Earn (SAYE) 2022 options at an exercise price of £2.944 per share on 12 May 2026 and disposed of 3,057 shares at an average price of £6.3939 per share on 12 May 2026.
In addition, Lisa Doman, Chief People Officer, has exercised 10,591 Deferred Bonus Plan (DBP) options and 2,709 Executive Share Option Scheme (ESOS) options at an exercise price of £nil per share and £4.966 per share respectively on 12 May 2026 and sold 13,300 shares at an average price of £6.35 per share on 12 May 2026.
