Oxford, UK - 21 April 2022: Oxford Biomedica plc (LSE:OXB) ("Oxford Biomedica" or "the Company"), a leading gene and cell therapy group, today announces that that the Company's Deputy Chair & Senior Independent Non-Executive Director has increased his shareholding in the Company through the purchase of shares.
Stuart Henderson, Deputy Chair & Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Group, has purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 21 April 2022 on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 589.2p. Following this purchase Stuart Henderson holds 9,862 shares representing 0.01% of the Company.
