Change of Auditor
The Board of Oberon AIM VCT plc has appointed RPG Chartered Accountants as its new independent auditor with immediate effect.
The Board has approved the appointment of RPG Chartered Accountants as the Company’s auditor for the financial year ended 31 December 2024. The re-appointment of RPG Chartered Accountants for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in 2025.
In accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006 (“Act”), the Company’s previous auditor, Moore Kingston Smith, has deposited with the Company a statement confirming that there were no matters to be brought to the attention of the Company’s Members or Creditors. Moore Kingston Smith took the decision to resign following a change in its personnel.
As required by the Act, OVCT has sent a copy of Moore Kingston Smith’s ceasing to act letter to its members.
