Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc 20 May 2008 Issue of Equity The Directors of Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc ("the Company") are pleased to announcean allotment on 19 May 2008 of 336,992 ordinary shares of 10p each ('OrdinaryShares') at a price of 100 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on2 November 2007.
