Announcement OTE Reviews Options Regarding Armentel Athens, April 3, 2006 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (ASE: HTO,NYSE: OTE), the Greek full-service telecommunications provider, today announcedthat, after consultation with the Government of Armenia, it has initiated theprocess of examining options for the disposal of its 90% stake in ArmenTel, theincumbent operator in Armenia.
