Unclaimed dividends of the financial year 2007 will lapse

Athens, November 29, 2013 -Β The company"HellenicΒ TelecommunicationsΒ OrganizationΒ SA" (OTEΒ SA), announces that the five-year deadline for the collection of the fiscal year 2007 dividend, expires on 31/12/2013. After this expiry date, the dividends which have not been collected by the beneficiaries will be collected by the Greek State.

Beneficiaries of the aforementioned dividend, -which corresponds to β¬0.75 per share- are the holders of Company's shares on June 30, 2008, at the end of the Athens Stock Exchange trading day.

Shareholders that have not yet collected the dividend for fiscal year 2007 may visit any branch of Piraeus Bank, with their Identity Card or Passport to collect it. The dividend may also be collected by proxy.
