Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Oriole Resources, the AIM-quoted exploration company focused on West Africa, announces that copies of its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2021, together with a Form of Proxy, have been posted to its shareholders. The Annual Report is available on the Company's website www.orioleresources.com.
As previously announced, the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 11.00 am on 26 April 2022 at the offices of Grant Thornton UK LLP, located at 30 Finsbury Square, London, EC2A 1AG. The Company encourages all shareholders to vote using the Form of Proxy in advance of the meeting date.
The Directors believe that the passing of the Resolutions are in the best interest of the Company and its shareholders and therefore, the Directors unanimously recommend that the shareholders vote in favour of the Resolutions, as they intend to do in respect of their own shareholdings.
In order to assist with voting, the Directors will provide a live AGM Statement and Q&A session at 11.00 am on 19 April 2022. The meeting will be hosted on the Investor Meet Company platform and will be open to all existing and potential shareholders.

Oriole Resources PLC is an AIM-listed exploration company, operating in West Africa. It is focused on early-stage exploration in Cameroon (Bibemi, Wapouzé and Central Licence Package projects) and the more advanced Senala gold project in Senegal, where IAMGOLD has the option to spend US$8 million to earn a 70% interest. IAMGOLD has recently notified the Company that it has, under the terms of the agreement, met the first commitment by spending US$4 million within an initial four years. Subject to the Company completing a review of these expenditures, IAMGOLD will acquire a 51% interest in Senala.
