Notice of Interim ResultsandInvestor Presentation

Oriole Resources PLC (AIM: ORR), the AIM-quoted exploration company focused on West Africa, is pleased to announce that the Company's Interim Results for the 6 months to 30 June 2020 will be announced on 22 September 2020.

The Company is also pleased to notify shareholders that Tim Livesey (Chief Executive Officer) and Bob Smeeton (Chief Financial Officer) will give a live presentation following the Company's Interim Results via the Investor Meet Company ('IMC') platform on the 22 September 2020 at 11:30am.

The Company is committed to ensuring that there are appropriate communication structures for all elements of its shareholder base so that its strategy, business model and performance are clearly understood.

The online presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders and questions can be submitted pre-event via the IMC dashboard or at any time during the live presentation via the "Ask a Question" function. Although the Company may not be in a position to answer every question it receives, it will address the most prominent questions that are within the confines of information already disclosed to the market. Responses to the Q&A from the live presentation will be published at the earliest opportunity on the Investor Meet Company platform. Additionally, investor feedback is welcome after the event and can be submitted directly to management using the IMC platform.
