Stratex International Plc, the AIM-quoted international exploration anddevelopment company currently focusing on gold and base metal opportunities inTurkey, has been notified that Kairos Fund Ltd, following the purchase of1,000,000 ordinary shares in Stratex on 22 February 2008, now has an interest inthe voting rights over 19,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p, representingapproximately 8.12% of the issued share capital of the Company. Kairos Eurasian Fund Ltd, has an interest in the voting rights over 30,150,000ordinary shares, representing 12.88% of the issued share capital of the Company.
