Senior Management Appointments
Venn Life Sciences (AIM: VENN), a growing Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) providing clinical trial management and resourcing solutions to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device clients, announces the appointment of Nigel Trim and Jamie Chorlton as Managing Director and VP Operations respectively, with immediate effect. These are not Board appointments.
Nigel has worked extensively across Europe, CEE and South East Asia in the healthcare industry, spanning over 30 years. A graduate pharmacologist, Nigel brings a wealth of clinical trial expertise to Venn, coupling clinical operations with senior management roles such as sales and marketing. Experienced in M&A, creating and managing growth, he has successfully built and sold several companies and was most recently the European Managing Director of an international CRO.
Jamie brings to Venn 16 years of clinical research experience, gained in CRO, large pharmaceutical and biotech environments. After obtaining a degree in Biomedical Technology, Jamie acquired significant therapeutic expertise, working in both pharmaceutical and medical device clinical trial settings. For the last seven years, Jamie has directed European clinical operations for a global mid-tier CRO and has played a key role in the successful growth of that organisation.
