Aricom PLC12 January 2007 12 January 2007 Aricom plc ("Aricom" or "the Company") Total Voting Rights Aricom plc (the "Company"), the AIM traded company developing iron ore andilmenite interests in Russia's Far East, announces that following the exerciseof Mr Tom Swithenbank's options (as previously announced on 8 January 2007)850,000 Ordinary Shares were admitted to trading on AIM this morning. The Company's issued share capital now consists of 454,461,121 ordinary shareswith a nominal value of £0.001 pence each, each share conveying the right to onevote. Aricom Plc does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Aricom Plc is 454,461,121.
