Aricom PLC16 April 2007 16 April 2007 Aricom plc ("Aricom" or "the Group") Increase in issued share capital Aricom plc (AIM: TIO), the Anglo-Russian developer of mineral resources, todayannounces that application has been made for the admission of 65,000,000Ordinary Shares to trade on AIM and dealings in these shares are expected tocommence on 20 April 2007. The shares will be issued pursuant to the agreement under which Aricom acquiredits existing 50% interest in the K&S project as additional consideration toMalavasia Enterprises Inc., as announced on 5 April 2007.
