Aricom PLC04 June 2007 Press Release 4 June 2007 Aricom plc ("Aricom" or "the Group") Total Voting Rights and Share Capital Aricom plc (AIM: TIO), the Anglo-Russian developer of mineral resources, todayannounces that 17,076,372 ordinary shares were admitted to trading on AIM thismorning. The shares have been issued pursuant to the agreement with theInternational Finance Corporation, as announced on 20 March 2007. In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Aricomplc is required to notify the market of the following: As a result of the issue of 17,076,372 ordinary shares, the Company's issuedshare capital consists of 536,537,493 ordinary shares with a nominal value of£0.001 each, each share conveying the right to one vote. Aricom Plc does nothold any ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Aricom Plc is 536,537,493.
