Exercise of Warrants

Oracle Power PLC (AIM:ORCP), the AIM listed natural resources and power project developer, announces that it has received a notice of exercise in respect of certain pre-existing warrants to subscribe for, in aggregate, 6,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.25 pence per share. The exercise of these warrants amounts to an aggregate cash subscription of £15,000.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the admission of the 6,000,000 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 22 February 2021.

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 2,174,682,937 Ordinary Shares. As the Company does not hold any shares in treasury, this figure of 2,174,682,937 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
