Director/PDMR Shareholding
OPG (AIM: OPG), the developer and operator of power generation plants in India, announces that two companies controlled by Gupta's family has sold 60,000 shares at 14.09 pence per share and another company controlled by Gupta's family has purchased 60,000 shares at 14.00 pence per share. As a result of these transactions the Gupta family's shareholding in OPG remains unchanged at 206,432,166 ordinary shares (representing 51.51% of OPG's total issued share capital).
