Ocean Outdoor Limited (LSE: OOUT) is pleased to announce that Andrew Miller has joined the Board of the Company as an independent non-executive Director with effect from 27 November 2018.
Mr Miller is currently a partner of Terra Firma Capital Partners, since September 2016. He served as a non-executive director of The AA plc from July 2014 to May 2018. Mr Miller was chief executive officer of Guardian Media Group between July 2010 and June 2015, prior to which he was chief financial officer of Guardian Media Group from August 2009.
