Ocean Outdoor Limited (LSE: OOUT) is pleased to announce that Thomas Ebeling has joined the Board of the Company as independent non-executive Director with immediate effect.
Mr Ebeling served as CEO of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE from 2009 until 2018. He has been a member of the supervisory board of Bayer AG since 2012, and in 2017 joined the boards of GfK SE, Cullinan Oncology, LLC and Clear VAT AG. Between 1997 and 2008, Mr Ebeling held various positions within the Novartis group, including chief executive officer of Novartis Consumer Health at Novartis AG from October 2007 to October 2008, and chief executive officer of the Pharmaceuticals Division of Novartis AG from 2000 to 2007.
