CLARIFICATION REGARDING TRADING IN ORDINARY SHARES

Further to the announcement by the Company on 29 March 2018 regarding its change of name to Ocean Outdoor Limited and its ticker symbol to "OOUT", the Company wishes to clarify that trading in its ordinary shares remains suspended following completion of the acquisition of Ocean Outdoor. The Company intends to seek re-admission of its ordinary shares (subject to meeting relevant eligibility criteria) to a standard listing on the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange as soon as practicable.
