Ocean Outdoor Limited (LON: OOUT), a leading operator of premium Digital Out-of-Home ("DOOH") advertising in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands,Β hasΒ introduced a new leadership structureΒ to manageΒ its UKΒ businessΒ as theΒ GroupΒ expandsΒ into continentalΒ Europe.

The changes supportΒ a new Ocean Group structure, with the UK division ledΒ byΒ the appointment ofΒ newΒ co-managing directors.

Ocean hasΒ hiredΒ Phil Hall,Β chiefΒ commercialΒ strategyΒ officer of Mediacom,Β whoΒ joinsΒ as co-managingΒ director UK.Β HallΒ willΒ work alongside newly promotedΒ co-MDΒ Steve GeorgeΒ who isΒ currentlyΒ chiefΒ developmentΒ officer. They will take joint responsibility for the UK business.

Hall, who departsΒ UK's leadingΒ media agencyΒ MediaCom after anΒ 18 year stint, will overseeΒ Ocean'sΒ UK commercial operations. SteveΒ George takes responsibility forΒ theΒ franchise and developmentΒ functions in the UK.Β The MDs willΒ lead the UK operating group,Β reportingΒ to Ocean's Group unit.

The new leadership teamΒ allows Ocean COOΒ and CFO Stephen JosephΒ and CMOΒ Richard MaltonΒ toΒ assumeΒ GroupΒ wide rolesΒ as the company assimilatesΒ its recentΒ Dutch acquisitions and steps up its international growth ambitions.

Joining Hall and George on the UK operations group board will be chief revenue officers James Harrison and Nick Shaw; Catherine Morgan, director of Ocean's rapidly expanding creative technology and innovation division Ocean Labs; Joseph Arshed, who becomes chief asset and contracts officer; Marc Keenan MD Ocean Scotland; newly promoted head of UK finance Kapil Kansara; Angela Green, head of commercial systems; head of UK marketing and events Helen Haines; and technical operations director John Kilfeather.
