Director/PDMR Dealing
Ondo Insurtech (LSE: ONDO), a leading company in claims prevention technology for home insurers, announces that Andy Morrison, a Non Executive Director of the Company, has on 25 June and 26 June 2025 exercised warrants over a total of 350,000 Ondo ordinary shares of 5p each ("New Ordinary Shares") and Stefania Barbaglio, a Non Executive Director of the Company, has on 26 June 2025 exercised warrants over 135,000 New Ordinary Shares.
The Company also announces that Miss Barbaglio has on 24 June 2025 sold 129,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 21p per share, the proceeds of which will be applied to meet the exercise of the warrants.
The New Ordinary Shares have been issued, allotted and admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange under the Company's block listing.
Following this transaction Mr. Morrison is now interested in 3,750,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.8 per cent of Ondo's issued ordinary share capital and Miss Barbaglio is interested in 591,506 ordinary shares, representing 0.44 per cent of Ondo's Issued ordinary share capital.
