One Media iP Group Plc ("One Media" or "the Group" or "the Company") Exercise of options and warrants and issue of equity One Media iP Group Plc (AIM: OMIP), the digital media content provider whichexploits intellectual property rights around music and video, announces that500,000 options at an exercise price of 2.75p and 250,000 warrants an exerciseprice of 1.5p have been exercised. The gross proceeds of the exercise amountsto £17,500. Accordingly, application has been made for 750,000 new Ordinary Shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place onor about 8.00 a.m. on 3 October 2013 ("Admission"). In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1R) theCompany hereby notifies the market that immediately following Admission itsissued share capital will consist of 64,853,698 Ordinary Shares.
