Correction to Notice of AGM date
One Media iP (AIM:OMIP), the digital media content provider which exploits intellectual digital property rights around music, video and copyright technology, announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting, previously posted to shareholders, incorrectly stated the date of the Annual General Meeting as Thursday 16th May 2018 when it should have stated Thursday 16th May 2019.
The 2019 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at: Panmure Gordon, One New Change, London EC4M 9AF on Thursday 16th May 2019 at 9.30 a.m.
Additionally the Company has uploaded an updated ‘Company Information’ document to the website.
