One Media iP Group Plc (AIM: OMIP), the digital media content provider which exploits intellectual property rights around music and video, announces that on 28 May 2015, Roman Poplawski, a director of the Company informed the Company of the following transaction in the Company’s shares:-

Following the disposals noted above Mr Poplawski has an interest over 3,793,377 ordinary shares representing 5.36% in the Company. Mr Poplawski’s divestment is for personal tax purposes.
