One Media iP Group Plc ("One Media" or "the Group" or "the Company") Grant of Options One Media iP Group Plc (AIM: OMIP), the digital media content provider, whichconsolidates, exploits and monetises intellectual property rights around musicand video, is pleased to announce that it has completed the grant of 700,000share options which have been equally shared by seven of its key staff workingin its principal subsidiary company (One Media iP Ltd) at an `exercise price'of 14.5p per share under the 2011 EMI (Enterprise Management Incentives) plan. The grant is part of the long term incentive plan to employees. The Directors of One Media iP Group Plc, are not participating in this grant.
