Appointment of Mark Adams as Independent Non-Executive Director
One Media iP (AIM: OMIP), the digital media content owner and provider which specialises in the active exploitation of music and video intellectual property rights as well as copyright infringement technology, announces that, further to the announcement of 22 September 2022, Mark Adams has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Further disclosures on Mr Mark Adams as required under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies are included in the appendix below.

Mark Adams does not own any ordinary shares or options over ordinary shares in the Company.
