Additional Listing Uruguay Mineral Exploration, Inc. announces that 2,249,750 Common Shares of nopar value (the "New Shares") have been issued and allotted following variousexercises of warrants. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Shares, whichwill rank pari passu with existing shares in issue, to be admitted to trading onAIM, and it is expected that admission will become effective on 25 April 2005.
