OMG PLC02 February 2007 2 February 2007 OMG plc Contract Win Another contract win for Geospatial Vision OMG plc, Oxford Metrics Group (LSE: OMG), ("OMG" or "the Group") the technologygroup providing image understanding products for the entertainment, defence,life science and engineering industries, is pleased to announce the signing of asecond contract within its Geospatial Vision division. Geospatial Vision was established as part of OMG's strategy of expansion throughleveraging existing technology in new vertical markets and focuses onstreet-level geospatial imagery, providing new technologies for the managementand maintenance of key national infrastructures. This agreement, again with a local authority, is the second asset surveycontract to be signed by the division. Under this agreement, OMG will be usingits vehicle to complete an in-depth highway survey. This will involve capturingstreet-level video and automatically extracting asset data relating to roadmarkings and signs.
