Exercise of Options
OMG plc announces that application has today been made for 3,334 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options by an employee of the Company today, and will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. Admission is expected to become effective on 22 December 2010, following which the Company will have 69,009,640 Ordinary Shares in issue.
