Sterling Conversion Rate for Dividend

Omega Insurance Holdings Limited ("Omega") (AIM: OIH) previously declared a special interim dividend of US$0.01 per common share ("Special Interim Dividend"). The Special Interim Dividend, announced on 14 January 2009, will be payable on 17 February 2009 to those shareholders on the register as at 23 January 2009.

For those shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend in Sterling, the dividend will be 0.732 pence per share based upon an exchange rate of US$1.367 = £1.
