Sterling Conversion Rate for Dividend

Omega Insurance Holdings Limited ("Omega") previously declared an Interim Dividend of US$0.06 per common share ("Interim Dividend"). The Interim Dividend, announced on 31 August 2010, will be payable on 1 October 2010 to those shareholders on the register as at 10 September 2010.

For those shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend in Pounds Sterling, the dividend will be 3.900 pence per share based upon the exchange rate of US$1.5384 = £1 on 10 September 2010.
