Sterling Conversion Rate for Dividend

Omega Insurance Holdings Limited ("Omega") (AIM: OIH) previously declared a dividend of 10.3 cents per common share, which, as announced on 9 September 2008, will be payable on 18 November 2008 to those shareholders on the register as at 24 October 2008.

For those shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend in Sterling, the dividend will be 6.510 pence per share based upon an exchange rate of US$1.5823 = £1.
