Omega Insurance Holdings Limited15 April 2008 15 April 2008 OMEGA INSURANCE HOLDINGS LIMITED Sterling Conversion Rate for Dividend Omega Insurance Holdings Limited ("Omega") (AIM: OIH) previously declared adividend of 16.3 cents per common share, which, as announced on 13 March 2008,will be payable on 30 April 2008 to those shareholders on the register as at 11April 2008. For those shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend in Sterling,the dividend will be 8.267 pence per share based upon an exchange rate ofUS$1.9716 = £1.
