Application for Block Listing
The Company announces that an application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 750,000 common shares of US$0.10 each in the Company to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance.
These shares will be allotted in accordance with the rules of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan in relation to the exercise of options by a former employee. They will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued common shares of the Company.
