ADMISSION TO TRADING ON THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE
Further to its announcement of 25 June 2012, Orascom Telecom Media and Technology Holding S.A.E (the "Company") today announces that global depositary receipts representing interests in ordinary shares of the Company (the "GDRs") have been admitted to the official list maintained by the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under the ticker OTMT ("Admission").
No GDRs have been offered or marketed to the public in the UK or elsewhere in connection with the Admission or the publication of the prospectus.
