Oryx International Growth Fund Limited (the "Company") advises that as at 30 June 2017 its issued share capital comprises 14,415,125 Ordinary Shares. The total issued share capital with voting rights is 14,415,125. No shares are held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 14,425,125. The total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
