The value of the contract is over US$750,000, all recognisable in2007. PCCW is the premier telecommunications provider in Hong Kong and aworld-class player in Information and Communications Technologies. As theprovider of Hong Kong's first quadruple-play experience, PCCW offers a range ofinnovative media content and services across four platforms - fixed-line,broadband Internet access, TV and mobile. The solution which will be used will cover the production of the English soccerPremier League, the Italian Seria A and other premium soccer leagues from allover the world. As part of the agreement Orad has agreed to provide an end to end solution thathas been designed to address the specific production requirement of PCCW Now TVSport Channel. The solution is deployed over multiple studios and includes realtime statistical collection, graphic control and playout and a uniquesponsorship module which manages the display of sponsors during the game. Orad'sTrackVision systems are also to be used to superimpose virtual graphics over theplaying field.
