On 11 July 2012 OJSC Gazprom placed Euro 750 mln of loan participation notes

On 11 July 2012 OJSC Gazprom priced Euro 750 mln of loan participation notes due 15 March 2017. The notes were issued by Gaz Capital S.A., a Luxembourg special purpose vehicle, under Gazprom's EMTN Programme.

The loan participation notes were priced at par and have an annual coupon of 3.759%. Crédit Agricole CIB, Gazprombank и J.P. Morgan acted as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers with respect to the notes.

The proceeds of the offering will be used to finance a loan to OJSC Gazprom. The proceeds of the loan to OJSC Gazprom will be used for general corporate purposes.
