Origin Enterprises plc - Non-Executive Directorate Changes

Origin Enterprises plc ("Origin") announces the appointment of two new Non-Executive Directors. Ms. Kate Allum and Dr. Christopher Richards will be appointed to the Board with effect from 1 October 2015 along with Mr. Gary Britton and Ms. Rose Hynes whose appointments were announced on 23 September 2015.

Ms. Kate Allum is currently a Non-Executive Director at Cranswick plc where she is a member of both the Audit and the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. She has also previously held a number of senior roles in the food and agricultural sector, including Chief Executive of First Milk Limited and Head of European Supply Chain for McDonald's Restaurants.

Dr. Christopher Richards has more than 30 years international experience in the agriculture industry and currently farms in the West of England. He is Chairman of Plant Health Care plc, a Non-Executive Director of Dechra Pharmaceuticals plc where he also chairs the Remuneration Committee, and a Non-Executive Director of Cibus Global. Chris previously spent 20 years in various leadership roles with Syngenta and its predecessor companies before serving as CEO and, later, Non-Executive Chairman of Arysta LifeScience. Chris holds an MA in Zoology and a D. Phil. in Ecology from Oxford University and was previously a researcher with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.

There are no further details that are required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM and ESM Rules.
