Extraordinary General Meeting Result

At the EGM of Origin held earlier today shareholders representing 90% of its issued share capital unanimously approved a resolution to reduce its capital by way of the cancellation of an amount of €104,783,000 credited to the Company's share premium account. The purpose of the cancellation of an amount of the share premium is to preserve the ability of the Company to pay dividends following a write down in the carrying value of certain properties owned by Origin.
