Disposal of Carrs Fertilisers
Further to the announcement made earlier today regarding the passing of the resolution to approve the disposal of Carrs Fertilisers and completion of the disposal remaining conditional on the Finance (No 3) Bill 2010/2011, the Board of Carr's, having consulted with Origin Enterprises plc, has waived the condition as the Finance (No 3) Bill 2010/2011 remains in the same form as on 20 June 2011 and is expected to receive Royal Assent before the end of July 2011.
Accordingly, the disposal of Carrs Fertilisers to Origin was completed this afternoon.
