Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited ("Ocean Wilsons") notifies pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(1) that it has been informed that Mr Andrey Berzins, a non-executive director of Ocean Wilsons, has been appointed as a non-executive director of the following legal entities; Aberdeen Global SICAV, Aberdeen Global II SICAV, Aberdeen Islamic SICAV, Aberdeen Liquidity Fund (Lux) SICAV and Aberdeen Alpha SICAV- FIS. These entities hold 3,986,253 shares in the Ocean Wilsons subsidiary, Wilson Sons Limited representing approximately 5.6 per cent. of Wilson Sons Limited issued ordinary share capital.
