Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited announces that it has received notification the following transaction relating to ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

Mr. J. F. Gouvêa Vieira a Director of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited purchased 1,000 shares at £7.65p per Ordinary Share on 17th November 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr. J. F. Gouvêa Vieira's total beneficial holding in the Company is 152,600 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.43 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
