Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited (the "Company)

Interim Dividend

As previously announced, the Company intends to pay an interim dividend of 4 cents per share on 5 October 2012 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 7 September 2012.

Where shareholders have not elected to receive dividends in US Dollars the Company will translate the US Dollar amount into sterling at the closing USD / GBP exchange rate on 7 September 2012 which was 1.6018 giving an interim dividend in sterling of 2.4972p per share.
