Dividend Timetable
Ocean Wilsons Holding Limited (the "Company"), announced on 24 March 2022 that the Board has proposed a cash dividend of US 70 cents per ordinary share, which will be paid on 15 June 2022.
The dividend timetable is as set out below:

Record date: | 20 May 2022 |
Payment date: | 15 June 2022 |
Where shareholders elect not to receive dividends in US Dollars, the Company will translate the US Dollar amount into sterling at the closing GBP / USD exchange rate on 20 May 2022.
